Public Sector Management/Governance & Rule of Law

Focusing on the working of the public sector, Semiotics has conducted studies to strengthen performance and monitoring capacity of public sector departments, reviewed financial management practices and formulated strategies to improve these practices, identified institutional and operation aspects of government NGO cooperation, and developed ways for effective citizen participation at the local government level.
