Asian Development Bank/Minfal sponsored project to enhance the livestock production, strengthening the vatnarey services and encouraging private sector participation to fully realize the potential of this subsector. Objectives of the project were to assist the Federal Livestock Wing/Provincial Departments in setting up their respective Planning Directorates and in carrying out Bench Mark Survey of project area, review the operating system, management control including accounting, budgeting and internal order procedure, preparation of suitable manpower training programme and to carry out mid term review, post completion and impact survey |
