Inclusiveness, Diversity & Equity

Semiotics has been recruited by various clients to provide technical assistance on Inclusiveness, Diversity and  Equity issues. Semiotics team has conceptualized, designed, developed and implemented numerous programs and projects. The work involved the policy framework, enabling environment and embedding IDE measures.

Women and development studies pertain to strengthening the capacity of the government to reform institutions and systems dealing with the issues of gender and development, designing policy and institutional mechanisms for gender mainstreaming for government and media, analyzing situation of provision of justice (particularly for women) and gender violence cases, mapping gender dimensions of employment trends and opportunities for women in hospitality industry and identifying skill deficits in the sector.
