National Education Development Partners Group (NEDPG) & Mapping Activity Project

The National Education Development Partners Group (NEDPG) consists of around 20 active, both, bilateral and multilateral donors who are funding multiple projects worth billions of dollars in Pakistan’s education sector. Given the complex and varied portfolios of the various members of the NEDPG, the lack of consistent meeting space and a central coordinating body to house and maintain information for the long term, there was a need for an outside contractor to take on the role of a secretariat and staff it with required team. In addition, a need was identified by the NEDPG members to track information in a consistent and easy to maintain manner. NEDPG Secretariat & Mapping Activity (the project) has two main objectives:
Objective 1: Establishing and administering the NEDPG secretariat
Objective 2: Development of management information system

For each objective, the project aims to include a strategy based on best practices and lessons learned, activity resources and coordination, a menu of potential interventions and indicators, and quality standards to measure performance.
