The objective of the project was to assist the Government of Sindh towards improving its management and its service delivery in the education sector. The main purpose of this contract was to assist in the fulfillment of the overall objective and purpose of the SESSP. Semiotics was engaged to facilitate the client in meeting this objective, through provision of sufficiently qualified and experienced experts.
