Semiotics conducted seminar with KP tourism stakeholder to get the initial feedback for study design, in the presence of WB officials. Prepared inception report that include detailed work plan to execute the assignment, including the stakeholders feedback received from the seminar. Conducted field survey of four tourist locations in KP (Kumrat, District Dir), (Galyat District Abbottabad), (Naran, District Mansehra), (Kalam, District Swat). Prepared monthly progress reports on activities of consultants against the agreed work plans at the end of each month. Prepared draft report include the key findings of tourism sector analysis and initial survey results of the four tourist locations. Conducted second seminar with tourism stakeholders sharing initial results of the study. Prepared final report incorporating comments on the draft report and final presentation to the Client
