Semiotics was selected to appraise and design Canada-Pakistan Basic Education Project (CPBEP) at first, and then to implement the same over a five year period. Currently in its extention period, this Canadian $ 10 million project has exceeded expectations in meetings its goals.
The Canada-Pakistan Basic Education Project seeks to focus on educational capacity building at Federal Level, and at the provincial and district levels in Punjab Province. The project components incude:
- Instituitional Development
- Teacher Education
- Project Management
The project has exceeded client expectations and has been successful in embedding; reforming and institutionalizing revised and improved business processes and policies at the client organizations. Resultantly, this has led to improved efficiencies and productivity.
